Disappointed 8 year resident A long standing customers, who pay rent on time each month, means little to this company. I have lived at Summit Creek for 8 years. Each year I am asked to pay more. Since moving in in 2005 my increase has crept up to over $100 per month and I am being asked to increase yet another $15. I am told that my apartment is now so valuable that I should be grateful to have it at the renewal price offered. I was told my renewal - rent with pet fee would be $1,220.
