I had an initial appointment with Matt, and it was fine. He has sort of a hesitant energy during his appointments which wasn’t super helpful for me and while it was helpful to talk out my issues he does try to relate everything to your parents/upbringing. Even after letting him know these anxieties popped up during my adulthood. I was going to try a second appointment but I had a late scheduling conflict and didn’t want to pay twice for a second session I was ambivalent on.
