Matt is a very dedicated and compassionate therapist. He's an superb listener, with a relatable personality and highly empathetic in his practice. Definitely recommend!
I had an initial appointment with Matt, and it was fine. He has sort of a hesitant energy during his appointments which wasn’t super helpful for me and while it was helpful to talk out my issues he does try to relate everything to your parents/upbringing. Even after letting him know these anxieties popped up during my adulthood. I was going to try a second appointment but I had a late scheduling conflict and didn’t want to pay twice for a second session I was ambivalent on. Highly recommend! Matt is a great listener and impartial therapist. He is also a dedicated husband and father which makes him even more relatable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. In these times of increased stress and anxiety, he is the lighthouse to a comforting shore and welcoming arms.
