We decided it was time to replace our 23 year old system with something more efficient. Mark did an extensive evaluation of our house to determine what system would be best for our needs. He explained why he picked the system he did and what to expect during installation so there was no surprise's. When it was time for the installation, Marks crew was polite, professional and did an amazing job. We could not be happier with our investment.

Got recommended to Summit from a friend and after reading the reviews decided to call them for an intermittent A/C problem. They showed up but could not find anything wrong and recommended we call them again when there was a problem. Called them twice after that but they said could not come because they were busy. Ended up calling a different company and they found out what the problem was very quickly. Ended up replacing the unit. Would not recommend Summit to anyone. Would give them 0 stars but minimum is 1.
