If anyone is having lower back pain accompanied by pain and numbness in your hips and/or legs, I suggest talking to Dr Gray or Dr Zimmerman about trying the decompression table. It's not covered by insurance but it is well worth the money. I struggled with these symptoms off and on for over two years. After about 15 visits on the decompression table, my lower back feels great and the pain and numbness in my legs are gone. I highly recommend giving it a try.

By far the best place you will receive treatment. I had major back problems before going to doctor Z and now they're solved due to her excellent care along with the rest of the teams treatment. You won't find another chiropractor like it.
Dr. Gray is amazing, and has given me hope again. I am doing the cold laser therapy, and chriopratic care, my results are great. I am getting better treatment by treatment. He treats his patients, like we are good friends, and regular people. I cannot say enough about Dr. Gray and his awesome staff, they so accommodating, and very friendly. You must go see him if you are suffering from low back pain!
