Shanthi Rubin is a shining star - understanding, empathetic, and encouraging but not a pushover. I've followed her from one practice to another and will again of necessary. I'm not wild about visiting such a large office but it is well worth it to see Shanthi.

I came to the Cleveland Clinic facility to see Shanthi Rubin who had recently set up residency there. I had previously seen Shanthi at her father's practice before he retired. It was rough going at my two first appointments as she was just getting settled and spent a good portion of her time entering data into her computer. At my first appointment he office scheduled me for a 3:00 appointment but told her 3:30. She ran over a bit with her previous appointment so I sat for a good 45 minutes before I was called in. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was the background music pleasant while you were in the waiting room? Yes
