We came with dad and the receptionist was very rude with us, they should not have people with that attitude working at this places, awful customer service
I have had an excellent clinical experience with Dr. Krell and also appreciate the office staff (that works very hard). Dr. Krell is experienced, practical, and a very good communicator. He is decisive yet balanced with his recommendations, and appropriately cautious with medications and procedures. This is an “old school” practice, and I appreciate the staff is managing some volume so are under strain (I’m sure they are overworked and underpaid).
