Had a great time staying with summit cabin rentals.
Extremely disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We reserved "King of the Mountain" several months prior to our familymoon/spring break this past week. Three hours prior to arrival we received a call stating our reservation at "King of the Mountain" had a septic problem and we would be unable to stay there comfortably. I LOVE summit cabin rentals! Booked with them last spring and decided to make it a yearly tradition among friends! They make everything so convenient! I recommend summit to everyone I know that is interested in going to the smoky mountains!
Love staying with Summit. Always wonderful customer service. Have stayed with them numerous times. Beautiful and clean cabins. Our place to look first when coming to the Smokies.

There very hard to get ahold we had a question!! but these people are truly amazing we are still here will be until Tuesday! There’s literally nothing bad that I can say about anything! Our cabin was extremely and I do mean extremely clean! Plenty of towels! Full kitchen huge tub hot tub and so on! We will book with them in the future for getaways and vacation! I’d highly recommend them! Debbie is who worked with us and she was nothing but AMAZING sweet and understanding
