6/26/25: Thank you Mr. Bailey for reaching out to me and looking into how I can cancel my servoce contract. I look forward to a resolution. I pre-purchased an oil change/tire rotation package at Groove Mazda and then they sold the dealership. Now im stuck in limbo since AutoNation won't honor my prepaid package. Disgusting. This is theft!
WOW no integrity what so ever. They absolutely do not care about customers or what kind of shady thing their dealerships do. Beware they will NOT honer their warranty. However they will deceive and lie. Don't believe the web site it's all a load of BS. Run away from any Summit Automotive Partners dealerships as fast as you can!
They don't care about you our your car. The"head of the shop" Corey Mayer fired me saying I wasn't able to perform and he will never do that again. His brother Gary is a tech in that same shop, yet he can barley read and I had to help him while I was an apprentice... The guy I was under, Mike Gaspari, was Corey's apprentice, so he thought he was a golden ticket. Knowledge isn't everything. I did the work. I put in the hours. I fixed your cars. If they treat their employees like that, how do you think they treat you?
