The management team at Summit at Madison Park are some of the most corrupt people you will ever meet in your life. They lie to your face, steal money from you, and then refuse to give the money back to you when you call them out for it!!! I applied to live at the property about three weeks ago. I received an email stating welcome home, transfer your utilities, pay all your move in fees blah blah blah. These guys really need coaching on how to deal with customers. We booked an appointment to take a tour. We were late by a few minutes. As we entered, the man at the desk of the leasing office did not even greet us. The first sentence was 'You guys are late'. He did not even ask us to have a seat. Such a rude and mean behavior never expected. Also, when we gave him this feedback, he did not even bother to apologise. I don't remember his name. We generally feel our concerns are dismissed. The office management needs to facilitate better communication.
RecommendedI have lived in this apartment building since 2008, in 3 different units with 2 management companies and different roommate situations. I like the comfort, location, and convenience and especially my view from our balconies in our current unit.
