I lived here for 2 years and had a very positive experience. If there was an issue, it was taken care of in a timely manner. Very spacious and a nice place to live. Easy access to downtown as well as to Auburn University.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS HELL IN AUBURN PLEASE I BEG YOU DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! LIVING IN THIS SLUM HAS BEEN THE WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!!! THERE IS DOG POOP EVERYWHERE, THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE, THERE ARE DISGUSTING NEIGHBORS EVERYWHERE!!! PLEASE LOOK ELSE-WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
The property management (First Realty) never fixed my heater for the whole year I was staying there. During the summer the AC wasn’t working as well and it took me 3 months to get it fixed after contacting them over six times. There was a loud noise coming from the toilet for which I had to close the bathroom door so I can sleep during the night.
