RecommendedThis was a great place to live! Neighbors and staff are friendly. The only thing is trying to get what we’re owed after moving out. It’s been 7 weeks, and I was told our walk through was good and yet the money we overpaid hasn’t been sent.
Been here for 2 years. I love everything about it, Shawn in the office is so kind and extremely helpful. Lots of great pet people here too.
I’ve been here 8 months, management had my truck towed and the truck was on my lease! When asked why they didn’t put a note on my door they had a bogus reason. Two weeks later I receive a rent delinquency letter on my door dated the 8th when my rent was paid on the 4th! You can deliver a delinquency letter but not a letter about my truck that’s clearly in my file!
It’s kinda tucked away so it’s nice and quiet and very peaceful even though it’s convenient to Bell Road and interstate 24. I’ve lived here 2 years and have been very happy here. The office staff have always been very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place to call home. Love the Pool!
I have lived here for almost 8 years and never had any problems. The maintenance and office staff are wonderful.
The grounds are usually very beautiful, aside from some residents being lazy and not taking their trash bags to an empty dumpster and leaving them sitting all over the ground. The staff is amazing and so generous. Like today they were out early I. The morning passing our breakfast bags for everyone. Truly a blessing. And they are very understanding if you are ever late with rent, as long as you give them a notice. Would recommend them to everyone

Generally quiet apartment complex, very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Grounds are well tended, pool is a nice size with plenty of seating and tables with umbrellas. Office staff is friendly.
