They are associated with Cirrus property management! HUGE MOVE OUT SCAM!
Friendly. On top of maintenance. Terrible security. In the last month, there have been 4 vehicle break-ins that I've heard of just myself, including my own. No gates. No cameras. Management and Tacoma PD both say they can't do anything. Park at your own risk. Someone is making a profit off car radios and tools stolen from Summit.
It has its good and bad it could be better but what can I do I have a place to live so I really can't complain too much
This place is horrible, they don't fix nothing you tell them about, my husband has been here 3 months and shit is still broken and the neighbors are rude their kids stay running and jumping upstairs from 5am-11pm and the manager has done NOTHING!!!
