worse place and management stay away i been living here in the summit for 3 years now and since my new upstairs neighbor moved in this year it was the worst horrible experienced you could have imagined i been complaining them this whole year for playing very loud music at midnight hours up to early am and seems like management care less and had no action at all we had to resort to sleep in our living room for most of the year having my infant baby experienced this every night constant loud rock music and stomping is literall... read more

Living there was great...but... I lived at the Summit for one year (2018) and had an excellent experience, which is why it pains me to give them such a low rating. Let me explain. When my wife and I moved out, we were told by the manager that all our utilities would be paid for out of our security deposit, and that we would receive a check once those utilities were paid for. Great price and nice office staff, but some major drawbacks Pros: low rent, large in home washers and dryers, and available garages (not if you have anything bigger than a medium sized car though, you can get in to the garage but you cant open your door-just a heads up) for 100$ a month and the office staff is SUPER nice. All laminate apartments with a separate area for laundry and a large closet (1 bedroom) is really great, and people keep to themselves for the most part. The Best Apartment Management and Staff I have ever rented from....and I'm in my 50"s It Is to my great sadness that I had to move for the second time out of San Diego due to a work change. Both times I have had the privilege to reside at The Summit Apartments. I will miss the Manager Robin, Abe, and the rest of their staff very much. They have always been gracious and polite people.
