We loved living at the Summit. We were there for seven years.the new management became a little sketchy, but everything else was good. The only reason we moved is because everything Like our doctors are dentist, family, and our church are up north and we didn’t really like the new management all that much. They became way too strict on the things we couldn’t couldn’t do. It was getting ridiculous.
New management has started to cause this place to go downhill it used to be a very good apartment complex would recommend you avoid it maintenance is still pretty good though maintenance is still pretty good, though.
Keeps raising rent yet has ZERO amenities like other apartment complexes. Gym is old and broken down, no clubhouse, no hot tub, old pool. Nothing special about this place for them to keep raising the rent when there’s places with so many benefits and only $100 or so more a month. The bathrooms have this Cigarette smell coming from the Plumbing they were trying to tell you it’s from your neighbor smoking inside,but I’ve been in residence that live here and it’s the same smell for them also.
