It's my second time living here. I love it. Everyone very respectful, property is clean, Maintenance is always available. I love I here.
I had a wonderful experience here. The community was peaceful and the staff was kind. Maintenance was extremely attentive.
on subsidized housing , rent used to be around $700 and its nearing $900 now . rent goes up every year , single bedroom apartment has little air circulation . not sure if landlord is human
A great place to live & the views from the north side of the complex are spectacular. Good maintenance service. best to call for a appointment to view. We did. 6 mos waiting list for us to get in .During 2016. Plus, it has small herds of deer! And the snowman I made 15 March 2024. Hope he doesn't melt too soon. 1 ft snow today most since we came here in 2015. Usually the most we get is 4 inches at Summit Apts
