As a new client and former veterinary technician, before my Doberman Pinscher, Pharaoh, and I were placed in an examination room, I was impressed by the cordial welcome by the staff and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the facility. Dr. Neuman was thorough in her examination and although we were only there for a wellness visit, made sure that she addressed any concerns.
Dr. Neuman is a wonderful vet compassionate about your pets care. I switched vets and came to Summit as it was closer for my sweet boy Cody who was battling CHF Unfortunatly after a check up / blood work and 3 more emergency visits his fight was over. Dr Newman her husband and the techs were wonderful when that time came I got to stay as long as I needed to say my goodbyes. It was a very difficult time and I knew he had been in good hands. I can not Thank them enough and very glad they chose Eldersburg for their practice!
They took my chinchilla in a half hour before closing time (on a Saturday at that) and they were fantastic. Very thorough and very helpful!
