Semper Fi Technicians showed up on time, were very courteous and well informed of the scope of work. They got right to it and were very efficient in getting their work completed including the arrival of the crane. To update this review, after I went up and inspected the installation I found several issues. There was trash, electrical components, wire, screws left all over my roof, some of the screws were embedded into my roof where they had been stepped on. Semper Fi's tech Rodney was GREAT! Rodney is very friendly, and knowledgeable. Rodney explained everything he was doing and what the function of the part he replaced. Not that I understood everything what he was saying BUT it was very nice that he took the time to explain! Thank you!
I went with Semper Fi Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing because of their support of the military & as a retired Navy veteran, that was appealing to me!! The technician (Josue Mirazo) was extremely professional, friendly, understanding, & explained everything he was doing throughout his visit!! I look forward to working with them in the future!!
