During this heat wave my air conditioner went out any notice. The maintenance crew came within a day couldn't fix it but gave me a unit to keep cool somewhat. Two days later it was fixed. Whenever I submit a work order they fix it that day or tell when I will be fix. Just want to say thank you to the maintenance team.

I've been here almost 3 yrs and I'm very satisfied with the staff, location, and the prompt service I've received. My request was resolved in a very timely manner. I appreciate that efficiency.

I have been living at Summerwood On Towne Line Apartments for almost 6 years and just recently transferred to a new unit. The office and maintenance staff are awesome. I truly appreciate them. Thank You ALL

Visited this property last week. Unfortunately, the main reason I won’t be applying is because there are cat houses outside the office, and the entrance smelled strongly of cat urine. I found this to be unprofessional and unwelcoming. On top of that, I wasn’t even able to get a tour because the office was locked when I arrived. I expected a much better experience. Summerwood needs to do better in maintaining the property and ensuring the office is accessible during business hours.
