We moved in end of april and right off the bat there was so many things wrong. The whole bathroom needed calking, the doors didnt close properly/at all, all the outlets were wobbly, there was dead roaches all throughout the apartment, claw/bite marks from previous tenants, and sinks didn't drain. We called for major maintenance issues and they left purple plumbing primer on the bathroom wall, floor, and counter (which is irremovable) when we brought it to their attention nothing was said/done; ontop of that they flooded the ... read more
Voy a cumplir exactamente 2 meses aquí, me ha gustado y bastante, el apartamento que tengo no he tenido problema con el, pero tengo una queja y por eso doy una estrella, como es posible que en un complejo de apartamentos, la piscina es para residentes, la piscina de aquí parece pública, llega gente de afuera con maletas y todo para hacer asados y entran como Pedro por su casa, aparte cuando están llenas ocupan todos los parqueaderos y los residentes no tienen donde parquear, es molesto porque nunca he podido ir a la piscina ... read more
On saturday7/19sent work order light in kitchen went out reported that morning 2pm no one came i called the office the lady that answered the phone told me that wasn't urgent monday no repair tuesday no repair I went to the office and the man said he would get them to fix the problems today is Wednesday 7/23 repairs needed are master bath cold water faucet and loose dripping,light in kitchen not working,oven went out on sunday7/20 not working I've never had a problem getting repairs done this is ridiculous
I second Dana in the comments . Summerwood immediately became home , not to mention bc it offered everything necessary . Not to mention those cute stray cats . From cost, space, location, and yes I say responsive , helpful, welcoming staff. Ive had no issues for a year now. And I plan to reside at Summerwood.
I am doing this review because these people are absolutely phenomenal. I have been on the apartment hunting journey for almost a month now. In finding summer wood after looking at 8 places prior to. I choose summer wood for home. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, not to mention the apartments are really beautiful inside and out. They are very well maintained . I have no bug issues no neighbor issues no management issues. Just a safe place to live for my son’s and I. Just a great place PERIOD 🥰
