Awful! I have had cold water for days on end atleast 12 different times. This morning for the 13th time in just a few months I had to take a shower that was 20 degrees. The management here does not care about your health. They have no issue taking your money each money including over 100 dollars a month for sewer and water. And will not discount your bill even if you have cold water for a week. The hot water goes out every single month for 3-7 days each time. They are not urgent and do not care. Constantly have to put in requests for hot water to be fixed. Then one time they did come, the plumber guy said his gadget was reading that our water was at a certain temperature ( meaning it should be good ) so why are your services needed then sir?? Clearly it never got fixed still. Multiple times this has happened! They’re supposed to be “ under new management “ I can’t tell!!!
