I have lived here almost 2 years. The things that needed to be fixed before closing and at our 11 month walk through still to this day have not been corrected. The blue tape is still in places where they didn’t care to fix. The pool is open for maybe 2 months. They can’t keep up with the crime, destruction and cleanliness. Also cabanas bragged on listings…never seen those. Proceed with caution if you ever consider this community.
