Our floor was wet from something they never could figure out in the second bedroom, there were roaches EVERYWHERE from day 1, and because of the leaks (which they said “appeared as if someone had poured something on the floor”) there was mold growing that we found when we moved things out, they never did get the vent in the kitchen to blow any air, the vent above the door in the master leaked water leaving a puddle in the doorway, and looks like they just painted over moldy baseboards before we moved in which were molding ag... read more

BE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES, AND KEEP ALL RECORDS IF YOU MOVE HERE!! We lived here for about two and a half years. We loved the maintenance staff, they are always promt and can fix anything. We really enjoyed living here. The facility is nice and pretty quiet. But since moving out in Septmeber we now have a collection against us, that can affect my husband's job. They did not try to contact myself, our roommate, or my husband. They had four different phone numbers, two email address and a forwarding address. Not to mention the... read more
RecommendedFriendly neighbors and employees! If you need anything they are on top of it right then! Had no issues getting moved in or getting answers! This is my fiancé and I first apartment for the both of us and they made it so easy and stuck by our sides with any questions we had! We had a lot of them!
Love it here! Me and my husband just moved here and all the ladies especially Lauren are so nice up here! They know I've had issues with other apartment complexes in Greenville before and so they are super helpful to us with everything :) also apartment is really nice as well
We have been here for almost 3 years now. Love it here. Melanie is so awesome and professional. Dewayne is terrific. Everyone is so courteous. We feel safe and at home here. Summerwind rocks.
My partner and I have lived here going on 4 years and we love it!! Very nice and safe!! Clean grounds!! We love the management staff and if we have ever had a problem they are very quick to get it taken care of!! We love the maintenance staff as well very helpful and super sweet!! #5outof5
Took our entire deposit when we changed our minds! We did NOT sign a lease and they told us on the phone we COULD get the $100 (not $55 app fee) Melanie was not nice at all after talking with her on the phone, they are so greedy. Especially after having a baby, $100 is A LOT for us to lose. :(
