Never any guest parking. They have parking policy, but never enforced.
They need to update there units. Windows won't shut all the way letting cold air in. Staff is okay. Way better when Cindy was here. Loud people. You can hardly never park in your own parking spot. Families fighting a lot police are constantly here. And so so so so much more.
My experience with summer walk is solely based on moving in and working with Shazia. Summer walk overall looks clean and well maintained and, with the woods that our section backs up to, is very quiet. Shazia was awesome to work with during the move-in process and was very diligent when things in the system were showing incorrect dates. She would just call to clarify which was very helpful.
