Do not move here. My downstairs neighbor constantly smokes and yells on their balcony until early hours of the morning, they park in other people’s spots and have people parking in fire lanes parking people in, they blast music and tv. I and other people in units close by have been completely ignored in every attempt to get help from the management and HOA. The only people that seem to do anything is the maintenance team. I've lived here for 2 years now and one thing I can tell you is don't move here. There's mold in the buildings and at every single trash receptacle on the property and they have no intention of fixing it. Its been like that for more than 180 they say they're going to fix things and don't I've been waiting on new windows for 18 months now because they were incorrectly installed or repaired at one time which closed up the weep holes in the windows structure allowing kold to propagate.on top of that there's a terrible rat probl... read more
Joshua and Shawn came to do some maintenance repairs and they did an excellent job.
Great community and schools but Summerwalk Apartments puts a stain on the area. Property is overpriced, outdated and under-cared for. When it comes to communication management and maintenance lack terribly unless you go above and beyond to contact their superior. You will get a ten day notice if you put up a camera pointing at your personal vehicle even though there’s a drug problem on the property, car break ins, package theft and people who will park in your parking spot or block fire lanes / ADA accessible parking for day... read more
