They are remodeling & requesting entry into unit almost every few weeks. They also have quarterly walkthrough inspections and request entry for “routine maintenance” such as chimney cleaning, fire sprinkler testing, fire alarm testing, etc. They enter your unit sometime between 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday, they will not specify what day or time (plan your vacation/day off from work carefully). Do not live here if you like privacy.
We’ve lived here for 4.5 years and have had our ups and downs with the property and management but I can honestly say the last 6 months the property is headed in the right direction with many upgrades and better transparency and communication in the office. Shout out to Dontay the maintenance man who’s always been efficient and proficient in all the work he does around here. Also I’d like to add there’s been growth in the office as well and it was pleasant dealing with Trinity yesterday on a tour.
I would like to Reach out And Give Appreciation to Dontay from Summerwalk. Thank you for Fixing my Kitchen sink. He is a GREAT organizer, its always a Smooth Transition to the Solution Time management. Sending Gratitudes To Summerwalks Staff community.
