Shazia was such a huge help in everything from getting the best rate to finding exactly which unit suited me. I moved from South Carolina and it was a mess, but my anxiety disappeared once I got here. There were a couple of maintenance issues that had to be corrected, and they were done.SO fast. Every single person here has bent over backwards to make my transition as smooth as possible. Thank you!
Lived here 18 months. Police and fire are here often. This is Klahanie’s low-income housing. Construction has been halted for months because owners refuse to pay contractors. You’ll find rats scurrying past your front door, grown unemployed men in pajamas smoking weed near your windows, dumpsters over flowing, barefoot kids throwing rocks in the parking lot during school hours, fire code violations (including blocked fire escape routes) random cars parked in the spot you pay for, weed and cigarette smoke throughout the compl... read more
I have lived here for almost 2 years now and while I love my apartment, space and neighbors the customer service here is not good and will be the reason that I leave. I am an autistic adult navigating living, truly on my own for the first time in my life and have made this abundantly clear to everyone in the leasing office and on the summerwalk team.
