I have lived at Summerwalk for a little over two years. While I enjoy the layout and size of my home as well as having a garage to park my car in, I have not enjoyed my time living here. Before I moved into my home, I asked if there were people and kids living above me and was told “No”, but discovered after I moved there were indeed people as well as a kid above me. The maintenance crew is awesome! When they came to work on our new windows Jennifer and Shawn were very professional! We exchanged light conversation while they worked and even some laughter. Thank you, Summerwalk for all that you do to ensure that the residence are comfortable and safe!

Klahanie is great- but this is Klahanie’s low-income housing which means you’ll find children playing in the garbage dumpsters during school hours, people working on their cars, terrible parking, police and fire are here often, smells like weed and cigarettes throughout, the washer/dryer dishwasher and stove are from the 70’s, management entered my apartment without giving notice, some of my neighbors complain of mold… I’m not bitter because I could have made a better decision but I’m leaving asap and I suggest you also rent... read more
