Summerwalk is a wonderful community with lots of amenities and a very friendly and supportive staff. (Shazia is the best!) I lived there this past year and had a great experience. Submit a maintenance request online and it is taken care of same day. When I had problems with an appliance that couldn’t be repaired, it was replaced with a brand new unit same day. Thank you Shazia for all the great support! Highly recommend this complex for families and young professionals.

I am so impressed with the service I received today. Dontay replaced my washer and dryer on time and with a very kind, professional attitude. He was very careful not to damage anything and got the job done quickly. Summerwalk is lucky to have him on the maintenance crew!
