Phil the manager of this trailer park is a really good person once you get to know him. However, I recommend that no one rent anything from Allyn Aksomitas. I have rented a house from him for the last year and a half and he will not fix anything. Al tries to control his tenants personal lives and charges them money when it's not even owed to him.
