I set an appointment with these ppl to get a mouth guard put together for myself. I got a call this morning from one of the ladies at the front staff and I’ve never spoke to somebody so rude over the phone when she called me she asked me if I was getting a night guard. Lady was extremely rude and aggravated when I was asking simple questions. Samantha Smalls was very professional and did an awesome job on my cleaning
Everyone was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the doctor. Dr. Yoder was so patient and explained everything thoroughly. She answered all my questions. Catera was so friendly and didn’t make anything awkward. Shenequia was so helpful walking em through payment plans and scheduling options.
Team was amazing ❤️
