I strongly advise against renting at Midtown 15 apartments. My experience here has been extremely negative due to numerous, ongoing problems. * Health and Safety Concerns: There is a significant mold issue throughout the complex. First yes there is mold but Home Depot/ Lowe’s is not to far there’s a thousand things u can buy for that problem second the rent very reasonable especially being so close to downtown Tacoma which all downtown in every city has homeless ppl third the police have been getting a lot of ppl out n towing their cars and there’s a man who comes and cleans property everyday. I am not one to typically write reviews. But I would be remiss if I did not express my disgust about living here, to hopefully save someone else the pain and anxiety of living in a nightmare hellhole like this place. Living here has been a complete disaster. The apartment complex is infested with mold, and crime is rampant. Drug deals and smoking fentanyl in the laundry room and out in the open are common occurrences. The manager is completely unresponsive and refuses to address any of the problems. There is constant fighting, and it never stops. Garbage is everywhere, and packages are frequently stolen. The manager pretends to take action but never follows through.
