I was so excited to move into summerstone at first it’s brand new the pool area is beautiful (when it’s not being vandalized) but I will never buy a dr Horton new build again, poor quality homes just slapped together just to get em build fast, my high hopes for my new home in this new neighborhood quickly have faded.
I just moved to Florida and decided to rent a home in Summer Stone while I learned the area. It’s a good neighborhood with nice neighbors. BUT living here has made me realized the importance of having a gated community. You get a lot of outside people in here especially at the pool where the key FOB has been broken since I moved in.
