I've been here over 4 years and in the past year mngmnt and maintenance has been horrible. My air went out yesterday and I've been calling since then and no one has come yet. I have 2 kids and it's 80°in here. God forbid if a pipe had burst we'd be in trouble. They want us to pay rent on time right... this is unacceptable😠😠😠😠

Since the management change to GPI the customer service is horrible VNA the manager does not have any customer service skills what so ever she is rude constantly interrupts and is always telling me what she cant do rather than trying to come up with a solution to the problem. I have multiple recorded conversations with this women displaying her horrible service and will gladly post them. I work in the customer service industry and refuse to receive horrible service for something I am paying for DO BETTER
