Recommendedif something's broken they make sure to get it fixed as soon as possible if not the same day
The maintenance staff is amazing now that Jim is the supervisor. Since he has started we are finally getting our requests completed quickly. I cannot express enough gratitude to the new maintenance team.

This is a updated review; I lived in the Summerstone Apts in Victoria,tx for 2yrs & I am very glad to be out of those apts for almost a month now. They are presently being run by leah richardson. They cannot keep management because within 2yrs theyve been through 3 managers. I would not reccommend these apts for the following reasons; very lazy incompatient maitentance, lazy sloppy housekeeping, management does not problem solve in the slightest, these apts are in a horrible drug-high crime area.
