We have just renewed our lease for the 4th year, and I personally haven’t experienced any of the issues that some of the reviews mention. Management has always been professional and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. They do monthly pest control, and I’ve never had a "problem" with roaches. The property is mostly well-kept, and my experience here has been positive. Living at this apartments has been a real challenge. My unit is overrun with roaches hiding in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, coming out in the dark, even though my place is clean and a lot of tenants, if not all, have confirmed to me they also have lots of roaches. Monthly pest control visits don’t help at all. This entire building has a bad roach infestation and management does nothing about it, they just don’t care. Hi, the office is temporarily closed due to covid but I haven’t been able to reach anyone by phone. Is there a way to get in contact?
I applied for these apartment last year October and am still waiting for my refund check a year later. I have emailed and called them on several occasions no one has responded. I don't care what time of day I call the office no one never answers. I know they have callers id. they don't deserve a star but I have to give them one to post my comment
