I'm so disappointed with Bennett Creek apartments, today is a beautiful day to be I the pool and it has been closed for long time. We have tried to make BBQ and is also not working. Some of the walk way lights have been broken for long time so we have to walk in the dark at night. I think non residents keep coming in and using the facilities.
Never have I been so disappointed with a place of residence, or been so offended by such rude staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We have lived here for over a year and there has been one maintenance issue after another. The AC has failed multiple times, leaving us with no AC often for weeks at a time. The office staffers do not care or don't know. They don't want to be bothered. Not to mention the maintenance staff that close out work orders without even addressing the issue.
