El mejor apartamento el que he vivido, no recuerdo bien cuál era mi apartamento ya que fue en agosto de 2024 pero fue hermoso. Saliendo del apartamento había una fry s, una Family Dollar y un Panda Express, fue una época hermosa que quisiera volver a vivir.
Solo dan un estacionamiento, y tienen convenio con una compañía de grúas q te llevan el carro, y lo peor es q no tienen suficiente espacio sin techo, y en la noche entonces están todos los estacionamientos con techo vacíos, pero como dije no puedes dejar tu carro, porque los de las grúas pasan todos los días
Parking is terrible. They are giving one sticker per apartment due to "limited parking" and any secondary vehicle has to be under uncovered parking however it's way more limited than covered parking and it's only in the front part of the apartments. I live the the very back. I use to only walk less than a min with no issues finding parking now It's highly inconvenient to adjust at least 3-4 min to go get my car in the front. It was perfect how it was before now it's very frustrating.
TO MAY WHOM CONCERN: I have this concern about my lease, I received a letter in February terminating my lease contract and i have yo leave at the end of this current month of March. It is no explanation about that. I did complain with manager about the parking space since I am renting 2 bedrooms apartment I was told that i have the right to have 2 vehicles and they giveme only one sticker for 1 vehicle. I also complained about the landry machines not working right and I think is the reason management got upset. I have been r... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT A PARKING SPACE!!! I've always been able to park the two vehicles on my lease and now I can't park my car! My boyfriend is the only one who gets to be able to have a parking sticker because they took mine last week! You now have to walk all the way to the leasing office to park your vehicle (or they told me to park across the street so I'd have to walk across Bethany Home to make it to my car EVEN THOUGH MY APARTMENT IS IN THE VERY BACK OF THE COMPLEX) because there's only 2 uncovered (occupied) ... read more
