I want to address this situation to: Josh (Vice president) because your customer service was excellent when you were here. My vehicle got towed from the parking lot lot on 03/19/2026 at 11:34 pm. I was going to work overtime at 1:30 am on 03/20/2026 and I didn’t find my vehicle. I recently had to replaced my windshield because someone smashed it, the parking sticker was not transferred and since I had few hours to sleep those days I felt pretty tired and didn’t realized.
