THIS PLACE DOES EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR DEPOSIT!! MAITENANCE IS THE WORSTTTTTTTTT (THEY USE DUCT TAPE TO FIX EVERYTHING)!! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE LEASING OFFICE THEY ARE DISGUSTING PEOPLE!

For the first 6 months that we lived at summers point, our aparment was so BUG INFESTED I HAD TO TAPE UP EVERY CREVICE! THE BUGS WERE IN ALL MY FURNITURE AND FALLING ON ME IN BED TO THE POINT WHERE I COULDN'T SLEEP ANYWHERE BUT MY CAR!! Vivo aquí ya hace un año y es muy tranquilo vivir aquí el camino hacia los apartamentos siempre está verde por el pasto que mantiene y eso hace que se sienta siempre primera, ojalá siempre conserven este prado y la buena energía este lugar
