Summers is top-notch. Their scheduling switchboard operator was very helpful. She found us a tech who could come and address our large water leak the same day we called. Technician Donovan was thorough, easy to understand and helpful. He explained everything. We signed up for a Membership today. Summers will be our first call for plumbing, A/C and heating questions. Made an emergency service call on a Sunday afternoon. Outdoor AC unit wouldn't kick on. Tyler Clark answered the call, and had it up and running again with a new capacitor within the hour. Today, congratulations to Austin on his engagement, and for the thorough job he did. He answered all questions and had good suggestions. Previously, a very nice serviceman, even when a hose broke loose and sprayed him. He explained what he was doing and offered good advice .

Got a quote on new central air conditioner. For all the things you receive for the purchase is totally awesome. The service technician gave us 3 options and we are in the process deciding which one we want. We will DEFINITELY be using their service. The technician was very thorough and pleasant.
