Technician Zack arrived on time, very polite and knowledgeable about furance problems. We had received a text with Zacks photo and a small about his background. Our experience with Zack was fantastic. Not only did he get our heat on but also showed us photos and a video of problems he found with our furance and duct work. Zack did not try to sell us any additional services. Once seeing the additional problems we asked for entire duct cleaning. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
