AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer while I was at work, leaving my wife and two small children in the heat. I'm a firefighter so I can't just leave work . I contacted Summers and ask them to send a technician to my house. My wife said that the technician that came out was mostly just in his truck on his phone.
