The AC they installed within the last year or so went out yesterday at the end of the normal workday. Not upset about that. Stuff happens. We were texted later in the evening approx 7:45p our technician would be arriving in 10-30 min. By 9:45p, still no one, so I tried txting & calling the number given but I couldn’t get past an Ai answering service who just kept telling me to “wait a little longer”.
