I was looking for a pet friendly apartment with a park like setting. Summers Manor met my needs well. The four-plex buildings are quiet and positioned on the regularly maintained spacious grounds, allowing for greater privacy. The two car covered parking is a plus! The management team is professional and responds quickly to the tenants concerns and with follow up communication. Management and maintenance are amazing. The grounds are always clean and absolutely stunning. Located near the Chehalis Trail, I’ve never lived anyplace where it was so quiet and the occupants are so friendly.
I have had a very positive experience at Summers Manor. The community is quiet and I have felt safe on the property, including coming in and out of the apartment at night. They are very responsive to inquiries and maintenance matters, and I've had issues responded to and resolved quickly. The apartment itself is well-equipped with good-quality fixtures and two assigned covered parking spots. This was a nice place to live. It was always quiet, the property manager was on top of everything, and the grounds was always in great shape. The 2 covered parking spaces were nice and the interior of each unit was very well put together.
This is a very nice property. I came for a tour and the manager was very helpful, answered all of my questions. Also went into detail about shopping, restaurants and parks in the surrounding area. I would recommend Summers Manor to my friends
