This is a very nice property. I came for a tour and the manager was very helpful, answered all of my questions. Also went into detail about shopping, restaurants and parks in the surrounding area. I would recommend Summers Manor to my friends
I had a wonderful experience making Summers Manor my home for 8 years. Great amenities, beautiful grounds, and convenient location. Mary was a pleasure to work with and very helpful when I had to move due to a family situation. Highly recommended.
Summers manor is a wonderful home. Beautiful amenities, with everything you’ll need. The grounds are emasculate. The residents I have met so far have been so kind. The residents at summers manor are very respectful of the property. The area is very quiet as well. Mary, the office manager has a fun event every month. It can range from come into the office for a holiday treat to pizzas in the gazebo for everyone. Thanks Mary! I would highly recommend Summers Manor for your next new “home” !
My home away from home… so comfy and cozy!! Mary, the Property Manager, is a true joy to chat with around the cozy outdoor fireplace Summers Manor has to offers… I would choose these apartments over anywhere in Lacey or Olympia. Thank you Summers Manor!
