We recently moved to Bend Oregon into an older home in need of some carpet. We were referred to Summers Flooring and we worked with Sarah who helped us with selection, measurements, purchase, scheduling and she was also very helpful and understanding when we had to delay installation a couple of times. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend her as a carpet resource at Summers Wood Flooring and she is also clearly knowledgeable about other aspects of their business. Gr... read more
I contacted Summer's Flooring to replace a stair nose. It was time sensitive so we could list our home for sale. Summers Flooring special ordered the piece and immediately fit me into their schedule! When they arrive to do the work they also replaced more flooring than originally agreed upon at no additional charge. The work was done quickly and exceeded my expectations! Thank you 👍
We had a wonderful experience with Summers Flooring. After an issue with our floors, the team went above and beyond to make things right. It is rare these days to find a business that truly stands behind their work and takes such good care of their customers. The installers were professional, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail, and the final result is absolutely beautiful. We LOVE our new floors and are so grateful for the care and effort the entire team put into the project. We cannot recommend Summers Flooring... read more

It was a busy fall for them so it took about a month to get scheduled but they were communicative and time... read more
