We are leaving a negative review because of the fact that one of the realtors Diane Shelton had initiated a contract on one of her listings under the guise of being both our realtor and the sellers realtor as we had a buyers agent agreement with her. She acted on our behalf getting estimates, lining up inspections, meeting with them and drafting amendments without one time disclosing to us that she was not our realtor and we were representing ourselves.
