Getting and Installing my new furnace was nice. 1. Agile response in an emergency moment. 2. Andrew in sales proposed and let me decide for the best option for my budget. You have an asset on him. What started as a very discouraging situation with a non-working furnace in the height of cold weather was handled beautifully and conscientiously by Vish who figured out and fixed the problem. He was very thorough and methodical in his approach. His customer interaction is also very kind and pleasant. He explained what he was doing and gave me some maintenance hints and suggestions.
