Like most HOA Ridiculous rules ignorance. What they get away with that are on the board. Don't apply to everybody else. Great, fun community in a garden-like setter located near shopping and restaurants. The clubhouse always has something going on: dances, live music, celebrations, pot lucks, games, plays, you name it. The community is warm and welcoming to everyone regardless of life style. Several paths wind through greenways that are beautiful and immaculate.
55+ H.O.A. About 1000 residents. Made up of 585 houses and 222 condos. Great place to live with attractive yards and landscapes. Having said that, if you don't like rules and regulations, don't move to an H.O.A. The rules keep Summerplace an attractive place to live.
