This place is with the 3 buildings called Quarters on 9th. These buildings are close to being condemned. They renovated to cover up numerous issues that still are problems. Section 8 was accepted here but due to current court cases pending, are no longer using this complex. The owners are neglectful. The past review going back years are still true.If you are a business owner considering ownership, I advise 'No'. Look into current cases and failed, as well as ( paid off) inspections. BAD INVESTMENT PROPERTY!! STAY AWAY!

This place has done a complete turn around due to new owners coming in 9 months ago. It is now called The Quarters on 9th. Security has been established with cameras and spotlights throught the property. Many units have been renovated very modern and there is regular pest control. There is something new done every so often. Location is super, as it is close to shopping, restaurants, and a straight shot to downtown. There is laundry room on sight as well a a nice one across street.

This was bad. Under new owners now and they fixing it up. But still until it's done I give 1 star.

Horribly nightmarish Infested with mice, roaches and mold. Management is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. Cheryl Jarvis is a liar and thief, she received money from an agency that helps domestic violence survivors and still tried to extort money from us. She doesn't make repairs and her maintenance worker climbed through my window with a friend waiting for him outside in a attempt to burglarize my home.
