If I could give -5 stars I would. I’ve lived in Summerlake for 8 months and it has not been a pleasurable experience. I will say that the best part is that it’s quite and inexpensive. However, the staff with exception of one (Megan) are beyond rude. Several residents are unhappy with the management and maintenance team. If you need to get in contact with the office you’ll need to call at least 12 times before anyone answers. Customer service is obsolete.
