The quality of customer service is excellent. The facilities are immaculate and the dentist had a gentle touch.

I called to ask a few basic questions about their services and appointment scheduling. Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed to have very little knowledge and was unable to answer even simple questions. It was clear that the receptionist wasn’t properly trained or informed about the clinic’s offerings. This lack of professionalism and knowledge made me question the quality of service at the clinic overall. Also customer service is just as important as the quality of care.
