What a hidden gem! Summerhouse Racquet Club not only offers beautiful, spacious condos with amazing ocean views, but it also has one of the rarest finds in Florida — racquetball courts! Condo community on Crescent Beach. Four pools and a great expansive beach. Beautiful sunrises and good shelling. You can walk north on the beach and access the intercoastal waters to see Fort Matanzas across the water. The place is well maintained and peaceful. To get groceries, you have to drive about 15 minutes north to a Winn Dixie.
