summerhill sucks I moved in about 6months ago. On day one the apartment was filled with roaches, everywhere. They even had to replace the fridge. My apartment got bummed twice the first week being here. Nothing but drama from this place. This month some how my rent was stolen from the office, along with four others. Now I'm facing eviction, and they didn't file a police report! I so want out if my lease, this place is disgusting and unmanaged.
Summerhill Villas is HORRIBLE! I have had nothing but problems living here, My dryer broke down and it took them a month to replace it, my dishwasher had mold growing in it which took yet ANOTHER month to replace! My daughter got sick due to the old nasty carpet which they had no choice to replace after she was in the ICU with newly diagnosed asthma, and NEVER trust them with your paper work, they will lose it!
Roaches and Rude ass Holly The place has roaches and they do have people to keep the bugs out--for 2 seconds! 2nd, when we moved in, there were broken bulbs all over the place so when our lease was finally up, the stupid place had the nerve to charge us $200!! Holly(one of the staff members) was so rude AND unprofessional-- the management decided to refund us the $200 and this b*tch had the nerve to say "I don't know why they're doing it but" with her stupid attitude! Why You Should Not Move to SummerHill Villas This is the worst place I have ever lived. The only reason why I am giving them one Star is because this site wont let you give them less than that. My main issue is that this place is managed very poorly. The first day I moved in this is what I found. 1)When I moved in my kitchen did not work. 2)The stove was missing Temp knobs. 3)Lights are missing and/or broken. 4)The washer was installed incorrectly and does not drain so the dirty water just stays on your clothes at the end of... read more

Summerhill Villa is a terrible place to live These apartments were terrible from the day i moved in my apartment along with three others were infested with bed bugs and i ended up losing all of my furniture due to the problem. Manager is very unprofessional!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Manager will never contact you if you have an issue. Had my car damaged twice due to these bad kids and she to this day has never contacted me back. She called to say I owed $25 for rent with a ton of attitude. Come to find out I paid to much and they owe me a $60 credit on next months rent. Manager is VERY unprofessional and the office staff is scared of her. Completely Honest. I've lived here for almost a year, my lease is just about up and I will not be renewing it. No, I dont believe Summerhill Villas is as bad as everyone is making it seem, you get what you pay for. Moving in was quick and painless, but there were roaches when I moved in.
