First I will admit this is my fault. I am a 67 yr old disabled Veteran and single father. I sold my home in north las Vegas and moved into summerhill pointe. I told the management repeatedly I was only stay until end of lease in February because my 14 yr old son was going to be done with his last cancer treatment after over 3 yrs.
