In January 2025 I was looking for a place to move and it home I found your place and fell in love with it , the outside of the property was and still is very well maintained and beautiful and when I saw the inside of this apartment for rent I fell in love with it due to space , and extra storage very clean and very well taken care of . You can tell the managers here cares for their property and so is their management and then heard about and seen all the amenities and all the activities here I immediately wanted to move here... read more
I have lived at South Pointe for 4yrs and just signed a new lease. This neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The leasing office has wonderful people to work with. Maintenance workers are great and on spot with getting things fixed. I love all the amenities they have. The owner is really awesome for the things he does for us here also. I have no plan to move anywhere soon in the future.
The South Pointe Apartments complex is a very pleasant place to live. I love the abundance of beautiful Oak trees and natural landscaping. The grounds are maintained very well. Our Olympic size saltwater pool has been a huge source of relaxation and good source exercise. We enjoy the regular social activities at the clubhouse and pool. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful and pleasant with whatever we may need. The maintenance workers couldn’t be more efficient. Overall, this is a very pleasant place to call home.
Quiet day and night, awesome staff.... maintenance and office. Always respond quickly to questions or issues in a timely manner They all go the extra mile to insure this community is a safe and happy place
