I lived at South Pointe in one of their two bedroom apartments. First day and for the next year they made us all feel very welcomed. Enjoyed staying there. No ruckus ever. The staff was always helpful, and the maintenance would come out right away no matter how small the issue. Thanks a lot! I recommend this place.
What a wonderful place to call “HOME”, South Pointe homes have exceeded my expectations! Beautifully designed and maintained community, quiet, close to everything needed. The green space is amazing with mature trees and thoughtful landscaping. My home feels like MY HOME….very welcoming and friendly. The office staff Miss Paula & Miss Becky, as well as the maintenance team, are AWESOME! They are truly caring and committed to our community and make it a pleasant place to live! I LOVE it here, and you will too!

I am now beginning my 4th year as a resident of South Pointe Apartments. I am very happy here. The peace and quiet is great especially after the noisy area of California I moved from. The maintenance staff are awesome, always ready to help no matter what I need. All of the office personnel are realy kind, friendly, responsive and professional. My husband and I moved here a few months ago from out-of-state. From the start of the rental process to move in day they were absolutely AMAZING to work with. From the time we arrived they have treated us like family. They take care of everything in a timely manner. South Pointe Apartment and Homes has become our home. They offer lots of amenities. Not to mention close to every thing. Only 10 minutes from Gulf Shores Beach too!
