RecommendedThis was a great place to live! Neighbors and staff are friendly. The only thing is trying to get what we’re owed after moving out. It’s been 7 weeks, and I was told our walk through was good and yet the money we overpaid hasn’t been sent.
Special shout out to the management staff and maintenance/carpet personnel. I called in a leak in my apartment at 11:20am. By 1:05pm, the maintenance guy found and repaired the leak and the carpet guy set up all his equipment to get rid of all the excess moisture.

I’ve been here 8 months, management had my truck towed and the truck was on my lease! When asked why they didn’t put a note on my door they had a bogus reason. Two weeks later I receive a rent delinquency letter on my door dated the 8th when my rent was paid on the 4th! You can deliver a delinquency letter but not a letter about my truck that’s clearly in my file!
We’ve been here almost 3 years. I’ve loved it for the most part until the people upstairs moved in. They make noise all day and into the late night. I have called the office, on call courtesy officer and left notes. NOBODY and I mean NOBODY has done anything. I have to wait until after 10 pm to call the courtesy officer. Don’t look for results, because you will NOT get them when it comes to problems with neighbors. They’ll send letters out about cigarette being left outside, but they don’t do anything with noise complaints!
We just moved here three weeks ago and had to wait several days before starting to unpack because the carpet was in such bad condition. When we asked for it to be replaced, they instead offerrd to shampoo it again. It was matted, frayed, stained and smelly. The office admitted to not walking through the apartment prior to our move in. Once maintenance did come to clean it, he instead recommended it be replaced, only then did they have it replaced and of course we had to wait an additional 3 days without unpacking for the new... read more
RecommendedIt’s kinda tucked away so it’s nice and quiet and very peaceful even though it’s convenient to Bell Road and interstate 24. I’ve lived here 2 years and have been very happy here. The office staff have always been very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place to call home. Love the Pool!
RecommendedI have lived here for almost 8 years and never had any problems. The maintenance and office staff are wonderful.
