Disappointed as when I booked this reservation I was under the impression this would include a free breakfast. Google still lists the breakfast as an amenity here but as of 6/20/25, this is incorrect. When I arrived I was told they stopped serving breakfast back in January. This review is to serve anyone looking for a place that would minimize your travel costs as there are other options in the area around this price range that do include a meal. The worst customer service ever experienced.! Average wait time for someone to answer the office call or come in the office from the back is 20-25 min. The first night we have arrived 1:30am so not noticed that enough towels in the rooms or not.,after long drive we slept and wake up with itchy skin. after waited 40 minutes outside the office early morning before we leave for the day,we asked the front desk to check and clean the room with fresh towels.
