Was seen there Friday my son had 103.6 fever and they sent me home and said nothing was wrong well here iam back at er in ocala and he has double ear infection and conjunctivitis

missed 3 ribs in xray completely snapped in half no way to miss this
A complete waste of time. Other than pressing lightly on my abdomen, Dr. Haws did no other examination of me. He was with me less than a minute and sent me on my way. Entire "exam" was in consult room. No compassion or bedside manner. It's a shame insurance will be billed for this. Only positive was that there was no wait time and the nurses were very good. Will never go back!
I'm not going to say whether or not I recommend Summerfield ER or not. I can only tell of my experience. I went in for a sore throat; I do have Barrett's. After I explained why I was there to see them, I was told immediately that there was nothing they could do for me. I got up to leave when two nurses told me to sit so they could take my temperature and blood pressure. I told them I don't have a temp and since there was nothing they could do, I said I was leaving. Professional, clean and you get out fast. Open 24/7 as well.
All the Staff there are Awesome! Took real good care of my husband and were very friendly and helpful.
Outstanding staff, very friendly,helpful and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Would highly recommend this facility. Thank you all!
