Recommendedthey were on the ball I was having a severe asthma attack and my blood pressure was out of control immediately upon arrival without even being able to speak because I could not breathe they had me in a wheelchair and began treating me before they even knew my name ! I know everybody's experience is different because of different doctors different nurses but my experience was everything that an emergency room should be I hope they read this and know how thankful I am for not just a job done right but a job done perfectly !
I came in with abdominal pain, even wrote it on the entry form with the kiosk, but the nurses and aides didn't bother to review that. My BP was elevated and it was passed along that I had a headache to the ER doc. The doc came in and I told him I think I have appendicitis. He worked with me, I got a scan and was on a ambulance to ORMC to have emegency surgery within 20 minutes. Best ER doc I have ever had, though the staff was disorganized and could've misdiagnosed me. Fantastic!! Went with my husband due to his ear killing him. Registered, seen and diagnosed, given antibiotics and out the door in a half hour !!! Amazing!!! Everyone their was extremely friendly and efficient. We are so glad they are also only 5 minutes from us, will definitely recommend to others. We didn’t have to use the kiosk either, guess it depends on how crowded they are. Kudos 👍
Clean,friendly, professional and efficient. Well run and cooridnated care. They do everything with ease and patient's in mind. and with care. Caring, kind and thorough.
Wasn't as quick to see my son as I would have expected (allergic reaction to medication) but once he was brought back they took very good care of him. They actually took time to make sure he got the proper medication, and ran tests that he needed done and comforted him when he got scared of the machines.
Absolute worst clinic!! worst service terrible health code violations. "drs" dont care just wanna give u pain meds and send u away smh not even 1 star i wouldnt bring my Dog to those idiots
I was in for stitches again.. Lol. the residents are awesome everyone is very polite and thorough. had me in and out in under 2 hours!
Wait time is quick but once you get back into a room your there for over 3 hours !!! Not very clean rooms and they don’t even care to tell you what’s going on with test or anything!
Would not recommend anyone to go to at all.
