Nice boutique neighborhood with a quaint feel with about 209 homes. Been living here for about 2 years. Community members are friendly and our social events are a plus. It also doesn’t have the constant traffic of other areas in Lake Nona (LP) and the Holiday Gatherings are a good time! Only issue as of now would be the construction on Boggy which will inevitably improve infrastructure. Love it here!
